 The name Constal was created from the words Consumer Talent!  Our goal is to promote the gifts and talents of Consumers.

            The State of Washington for years has drug it’s heals when it comes to the rights of persons with psychiatric disabilities!  The Consumer Recovery Movement has finally reached our state.

Several groups of mental health consumers has joined together to promote the rights we deserve to move ahead with hope and recovery.
